1- Advertisement on cigarettes, bidis or tobacco product, pan masala , alcohal drinks and other intoxicant are NOT ALLOWED FOR BROADCAST.

 

2- Advertisement for Medical products should be accompanied by approval of the Drug Controller before broadcast

1- 15% to Central and State Government Departments

2- 15% to Public Sector Undertakings and Autonomous Bodies functioning under the aegis of the Central anbd State Governments.

3- 10% to private Clients and SSI Units . Business will be accepted only on advance payment.

4- 50% for spots on AIDS, Cancer, Blood/Eye/ Kidney Donation, Leprosy, TB, Dengue, Malaria and other similar epidemics ets.  This concession is not allowed with News, Sports Commentary and relay.

 

No other concession to the advertisers/clients will be allowed on availing the above 50% concession.  However, commission/incentive to the Advertising Agencies / Canvassers will be allowed.

For other than the Accredited Agencies PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE IN ADVACNE (not later than 15 days before the broadcast is due to commence) through Electronic Clearing System (ECS) mode or by Demand Drafts/Pay Orders on a local Bank in favour of
